“Tracer” (real name undetermined) is a male Trainer featuring as a guest in Built for Risk . He is also one of the top staffers of the in-universe PEFE. He is a Guest Starring character handled by fellow writer Tracer.

In the Suocéverse continuity, Tracer is one of the founding members of PEFE. Right before the Pokefutures reveal, he and other two researchers were involved in investigating certain facilities in Angela, resulting in the direct exposition of the corporation.

In the opening ceremony of the Lega Runa Battle Tower, Tracer enters the octagonal with her Pokémon and reaches one of the semifinal matches where he faces Lina. For the match he sends out Shaun, Milo and Bottles, who head off against Lina's Gino, Pandinus and Kurma respectively. It is undetermined which of the two Trainers makes it to the finals, where they would face the winner of the semifinals match between Tagg and Machalí sol Linaros whereas the losers would match each other.

Only the Pokémon and their fighting are showcased; Tracer and Lina themselves are not shown in story.
