Vedhismegral is a Feebas, later Milotic, that lived in Sinnoh during the timeframe concurrent to the events of the first four generations. Born from a pearl that fell into the abyss of the Krasnoska Land Wall according to in-universe myth, she guarded a number of ancient locations in the coasts of the northern hemisphere and was later elevated to the rank of the Seven Star-Claws.

Vedhismegral's past as a Feebas is unknown, other than she lived in the gelid rivers of Krasnoska. For her evolution she headed into the Sunken Sea (would be IRL!Yakutia) and disappeared into the depths. When she emerged, she carried powerful magic-like powers related to the moon and the rocking movement of the Planet.

During the early 3600s, she took part in guarding over a few temples in the Sevii Islands.

At some point no later than 3680 PE^{(~53 before Gen1)} , she was annointed into the Seven Star-Claws, an important cabal of Dragon Pokémon tasked with serving as spiritual and cultural leaders to their kind. While her nomination was not without controversy, in particular from contestants in the Charizific Valley, she had support from all the pre-seated Claws of that time other than Vallok.

Late into the 3710s, Vedhismegral moved over to Lake Acuity to settle there, while continuing her functions as a Star-Claw. She was killed in the bombing of Lake Acuity by Team Galactic in 3736 PE^{(~3 after Gen1)} .

Her successor in the Star-Claws is undetermined.
