Milocas
Milocas was an early photographist during the 3300-3400 time period in the Suocéverse. He and others likeminded brought to the region the by then recent invention of the Daguerreotype, a predecessor to modern photography. Milocas stamped his name in history when he was the first person to ever get a photographic record of a Legendary Pokémon, in his case Cobalion, beating Prof. Adaurre Mautard (Kalos) and her record of Yveltal by only three days.
