Terrakion is one of the former historical rulers and now guardians of the Cadrícean Sovereignty. A male specimen of his kind rumored to be at least four hundred years old, Terrakion is part of the trio of Pokémon who have taken charge of the Sovereignty since long before humans arrived to colonize Suocé.

Terrakion roams the realm watching over the behaviours of those he considers his subjects - humans and Pokémon alike.

Of his trio Terrakion is the one most tractable and friendly, and the one closest to humans in general, even more than Cobalion.

Terrakion circles around the settlements of his Sovereignty watching over the various tasks Pokémon and humans are ordained to carry together, such as the harvest and the maintenance of roads. He is accompanied of a court of Pokémon that he recruits according to the location, and often consisting of Flying, Electric and Rock types.

When Terrakion (or other members of his trio) needs to have an item or trinket safely moved from, to or around the Sovereignty, he summons any of a number of couriers working for him, Eltenios being the most notable.
