This one-shot, written for Mienfoo representation in PokéCommunity's Writer's Dex before the project being put on hiatus, narrates the story of a wild Mienfoo in Kalos, where he slowly comes to realize that the experience the wild life can give him is limited for the purposes of perfecting his fighting technique, leading him to seek out the humans.

Fellow RPer memyselfandi has one of her characters cameoing in the story.
