The Hierarches of Dragonspiral Tower (from hierarch, “one with high authority in sacred things”) are three Pokémon-EX who assist Reshiram and Zekrom, the rulers of the Dragonspiral Moors Sovereignty, in maintaining Dragonspiral Tower. Functionally they are “high priests” serving the sanctuary of Dragonspiral where Reshiram and Zekrom were first worshipped.

The position is filled by three Haxorus native to the overall Dragonspiral area. They were EX branded by the Tao Duo to serve as guardians shortly after the War of the Vale (ca. 700 PE^{(~3033 before Gen1)} ), with the focus (task) of maintaining draconic rule and society in the Tower until the two Legendaries saw fit to retreat from their Morph Balls. The branding extended their lifespan massively but as a balance also lowered their natural power throughput, so during the entire time since their nomination they have served as priests and counsellors, rather than taking a more active role in the defense of the Sovereignty.
