Sirana Alvir is the Pokémon Professor established in the region of Suocé. She is a researcher in the field of Pokémon Communications and has some expertise in Semiotic Knowledge Transmission. She was the one to hand Adanei Varan, Matja Zaveḱ and Thom Eisenhorth their Starter Pokémon, although the three were in different circumstances and part of different batches. Her laboratories are located north of Émpovi City, although she spends most of her time at a private study ground near Puerto Sosiego.

Sirana's research into quantization of knowledge “monads” that can be transmitted and detected by emphatic Pokémon (a sort of counterpart to the research that Eldinoa did on Bug type Pokémon), and Black Thumb Gang's interest in it for their purposes of exfiltrating research information to auction it, sets in motion the larger scope events in Stars of Suocé (TBA).
