The Sovereignty of Dragonspiral Moors is a territory within the Unova Region that is inhabited and ruled primarily by dragon types. It comprises Dragonspiral Tower (see also in Bulbapedia) and the moors around it.

The Sovereignty was born shortly after the War of the Vale, when upon hearing the dragons Reshiram and Zekrom had sealed themselves in the Moors for their failure to put a timely end to the war, many dragon type clans migrated to the Moors as part of their pilgrimage and established themselves there to worship the two dragons as deities. While before that the Moors were already a location hosting some dragon populations, its population and value grew noticeably when Reshiram and Zekrom hosted themselves in the Tower.

The Sovereignty is ruled by Reshiram and Zekrom, or in their absence by a joint force of three Dragon-types exalted by Reshiram and Zekrom, commonly known as the Hierarches.

Dragonspiral was one of three Sovereignties that sent a military contingent on the way to Angela to raze the region after the Fall of Pokefutures incident, however the march of the contingent was halted near the Unovan border when then-Elite trainer Alder managed to strike a deal with the Hierarches. By this pact Alder earned enough trust and recognition to secure the Sovereignty's vote which was instrumental in him eventually becoming the Unova Champion.

After that, Dragonspiral sent their military forces against Emisre in 3734 PE^{(~1 after Gen1)} when the wyrm king Rayquaza issued a war declaration on the region; this time, the Dragonspiral forces reached the region, if late, and assisted in the purge of the last remnants of Pokefutures' political influence.
