Seishirō is a male Gible, later Garchomp, who has a minor role in contemporary events in the region of Suocé. He and Fūma are characters Guest Starring by fellow author Umbramatic, who created the original versions for WAAPT.

Seishirō and Fūma were two envoys to the Ísparus Draconic Claim ca. 3734, who provided security and support for the dragon wing's initial plan of establishing a permanent dragon nest in the mountains of Cholcone, east of the Shrine of Magic. At the time, Seishirō was assigned to the Claim as a lawgiver.

As hostilities between the dragon wing and the La Plancha Sovereignty grew and the plan of the Swablu wing was deviating from the established purpose, elder dragon Rhanzikik of the Seven Star-Claws installed himself as overseer of the domain, with the purpose of restoring order and securing that the cordilleran “conveyor belt” to cross over the continent was finished. Among other actions, Rhanzikik reassigned various dragons to combat positions, and Seishirō was tasked with preventing humans from enterin the conflict.

Late into the war, Nidoqueen regentess of La Plancha Inka was able to launch an assault into the dragons' nest chambers in building while most dragon teams were out, and the assault destroyed several eggs and chambers. Rhanzikik fell back to the dens in time to fight the invasion, with Seishirō nearby; the Garchomp bore witness to the Nidoqueen battling Rhanzikik and killing him. In his position as law-giver, Seishirō branded Inka as Dovvol Kaal for her actions, and had Fūma evacuate all dragon mothers who were in condition to take the flight off the continent.

Some years later, both Seishirō and Fūma were summoned into the Conclave of the Seven Star-Claws as candidates to perch along the remaining members after the very recent losses of Rhanzikik, Vedhismegral and Ĵivadma. By the time of G8, at most one of the two undecided^{(meta/in-universe)} would make it to the ranks of the Conclave.
