Within the worlds of Nrafhal, in the context of the various factions that inhabit the mega-continent of Génias, the Nobles were distinct groups of people within the civilization of the Genives with access to relatively large wealth and influence.

Each of these Pokémon were basically feudal lords with their own small towns, even if by at large they had to rotate those towns with the peoples of Horizontia and Dunsun as per the Migration Wheel accord; however, some of the Nobles had amassed enough power to secure their standing or even their lands across the Wheel, and an even more particular subset of them had access to enough resources to carry out protracted war efforts.

The Nobles however are not a join allied faction, but rather a disjoint set of alliances, which mostly share the common distaste for the peoples of the Horizontia and Dunsun, and are willing to give more priority to attacking those factions than attacking each other. Lore-wise, it could be considered that, at least nominally, they have the Chariot of Igernen and the Chariot of Oran as their common enemies.

Still, the continuous and mutual backstabbing between the Nobles was and is the main cause of suffering for the peoples under their yoke, and when they meet their demise no one is really saddened to see them go.
